SZY-5 Turnable Core Pressing Machine

本機(jī)適用于電機(jī)軸壓入鐵芯沖片的專(zhuān)用設(shè)備。采用三菱PLC程控,彩色觸摸屏控制，五個(gè)工位轉(zhuǎn)位工作，液壓系統(tǒng)作為源動(dòng)力，入軸時(shí)，有測(cè)量壓力傳感器測(cè)量入軸時(shí)壓力，裝有測(cè)量尺寸光柵尺，當(dāng)測(cè)量壓裝尺寸值超差或壓裝力過(guò)大或過(guò)小時(shí)報(bào)警，有光電安全保護(hù)開(kāi)關(guān)。

Suitable for pressing the core into the lamination.Adopted Mitsubishi PLC, color touch screen control,  five workstaitons translocation work,hydraulic system as a source of power, into the shaft, a pressure sensor to measure pressure into the shaft, with measuring the size of grating, alarm if tolerance or press-fit force is too large or too small, a photoelectric safety switch.
