ZZ-1 S/B  Shaped PaperAuto-Inserting Machine

本機適用于起動電機轉(zhuǎn)子S形或B形絕緣紙的自動成形以及自動切斷插入的專用設(shè)備。采用三菱PLC程控，觸摸屏顯示器修改參數(shù)，將卷筒狀定寬絕緣紙自動加溫，成形固化后定長自動切斷插入定子槽，手動上下工件，操作簡單方便，一人可操作多臺設(shè)備。

Suitable for starting the motor rotor S-shaped or B-shaped insulation paper automatic molding and automatic cut-off insertion.Adopting Mitsubishi PLC control and touch screen display to modify the parameters, the paper will automatically heat up the fixed width insulating paper. After the forming and curing, the fixed length will be cut off and inserted into the stator slot automatically. The upper and lower workpieces can be operated manually and easily.
