適用于起動(dòng)電機(jī)換向器端線頭切平后把線頭并入換向器的專(zhuān)用設(shè)備。采用三菱PLC程控，觸摸屏顯示，電機(jī)減速驅(qū)動(dòng)主軸旋轉(zhuǎn)，步進(jìn)電機(jī)步進(jìn)無(wú)銅屑切平和滾壓式將線頭并頭入換向器嵌線槽，氣缸尾座頂緊轉(zhuǎn)子，操作簡(jiǎn)單，自動(dòng)化程度高。
