SZG Tunnel Trickle style Vanishing Rotor Machine

本機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于電動(dòng)工具、摩托車起動(dòng)電機(jī)、汽車電機(jī)、直流伺服電機(jī)、永磁電機(jī)、串勵(lì)電機(jī)、船用直流電機(jī)等轉(zhuǎn)子的預(yù)熱、滾漆、烘干。本機(jī)采用三菱PLC可編程控制，進(jìn)口變頻器調(diào)速，氣動(dòng)與機(jī)械相結(jié)合的結(jié)構(gòu)，采用鏈輪旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，使鏈條產(chǎn)生步進(jìn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，定位輸送，邊轉(zhuǎn)邊滾，移位準(zhǔn)確，滾漆時(shí)間均勻，三段溫度恒溫控制，生產(chǎn)效率高，操作簡單方便，有外置供漆及滾漆槽水冷裝置。

This machine is widely used in preheating, varnishing and drying of rotors of such as electric tools, motorcycle starter motors, automobile motors, DC servo motors, permanent magnet motors, series-excited motors and marine DC motors. This machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC, imported frequency converter speed regulation, pneumatic and mechanical combination structure, adopts sprocket rotary motion, so that the chain produces stepping motion, positioning and conveying, rotating while?rolling, with accurate displacement, uniform?distribution of painting time. This machine has three-stage constant temperature control,  external paint supply and paint tank water cooling device,high production efficiency, simple and convenient operation.
