WZ-1 Automatic Paper Inserting Machine

本機(jī)是把絕緣紙打入轉(zhuǎn)子槽內(nèi)，槽與槽之間絕緣紙相連不斷，形似“W”，故也稱W形打紙機(jī)。設(shè)備主要以壓縮氣源為動(dòng)力，通過(guò)氣缸完成轉(zhuǎn)子定位、送紙、打紙、轉(zhuǎn)位、切紙等動(dòng)作。利用打紙刀徑向打入絕緣紙，適合較厚絕緣紙打紙。槽與槽之間絕緣紙相連，更利于轉(zhuǎn)子繞線或嵌線。有手動(dòng)、單步、自動(dòng)三種工作方式。

This machine is used for the insulation paper inserting into the rotor slot. The insulation paper between the slot and the slot is connected continuously and looks like "W", so it is also called W-shaped paper inserting machine. The equipment mainly uses compressed air source as the power to complete the rotor positioning, paper feeding, paper inserting, indexing and paper cutting through the cylinder. Use a paper cutter to insert the insulation paper radially, suitable for thicker insulation paper. The insulation paper is connected between the slot and the slot, which is more conducive to rotor winding or coil inserting. There are three working modes, manual, single step and automatic.
