ZRQ-2  Automatic Winding and Inserting Machine

本機適用于感應(yīng)電機定子自動繞線并自動嵌線的專用設(shè)備，繞線、入槽契、嵌線集成一體，繞線工位自動將線圈整齊的排列到嵌線模中，然后自動轉(zhuǎn)位至嵌線工位，并由伺服電機嵌線、推線，入槽契一次性完成，采用PLC程控，觸摸屏控制，伺服電機繞線，定位準確，自動化程度高，操作簡單方便。

This machine is suitable for automatic winding and automatic coil inserting of induction motor stator. Winding, slotting cover and coil embedding are integrated in one machine. The winding station automatically arranges the coils neatly into the insertion mold, then automatically index to the insertion station, and the servo motor embeds the coils, and the slot is covered at the same time. It adopts PLC, touch screen control, servo motor winding, accurate positioning, high degree of automation, and simple and convenient operation.
