本機(jī)適用于二極及四極家用發(fā)電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子的雙工位自動(dòng)繞排線。本機(jī)采用PLC程控，彩色觸摸屏顯示，伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)器控制，雙工位同步繞排線，光柵安全保護(hù)，繞線緩升加速，緩降減速，繞完一極自動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)向繞另一極，排線平整，運(yùn)行穩(wěn)定，操作簡(jiǎn)單，生產(chǎn)效率高。

This double-stations machine is suitable for winding of two-pole and four-pole household generator rotors. It adopts PLC program control, color touch screen display, servo drive control, double-station synchronous winding and arraying, with grating safety protection. Winding speed stable can be slow acceleration or stable slow deceleration. After one pole winding is completed  the other pole will be automatic winding, and the windings are smooth. The operation is stable and simple, and the production efficiency is high.
