本機(jī)廣泛應(yīng)用于各種感應(yīng)電機(jī)、家用發(fā)電機(jī)定子或轉(zhuǎn)子的滴漆烘干處理。采用三菱PLC程控，中文液晶顯示，用蠕動(dòng)泵壓縮供漆管的方法來(lái)啟停滴漆，滴漆流量穩(wěn)定可控，采用鏈輪旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，使鏈條拖動(dòng)裝有定子安裝工裝的若干個(gè)小車產(chǎn)生水平步進(jìn)移動(dòng)，定位輸送，移位準(zhǔn)確，定子不轉(zhuǎn)，滴漆頭往復(fù)旋轉(zhuǎn)，裝夾上下工件極為方便，有效保護(hù)鐵芯和引線不沾漆。有預(yù)烘、凝膠、固化烘道組成，滴漆時(shí)間和烘干時(shí)間可調(diào)，操作簡(jiǎn)單方便。

This machine is widely used in a variety of induction motors, home generator stator or rotor drip paint drying. Mitsubishi PLC, LED display, peristaltic pump compression method for trickling control, stable volume, accurate shift, easy to load and unloading. There are pre-drying, gel, curing bake composition, drip time and drying time adjustable, easy to operate.
