本機(jī)是專為電機(jī)換向器與較粗電樞繞組連接的一種專用焊接設(shè)備。采用進(jìn)口PLC控制器和觸摸屏顯示器控制焊機(jī)動(dòng)作，伺服電機(jī)力矩控制方式加壓，通過同步帶輪帶動(dòng)絲桿控制焊接，在單個(gè)焊點(diǎn)可分別設(shè)定壓力，配置大功率國(guó)產(chǎn)逆變焊機(jī)聯(lián)合控制、可定電流、定功率、定電壓等控制，工件機(jī)械定位對(duì)槽，可設(shè)定角度補(bǔ)償，所有動(dòng)作一次完成，性能優(yōu)越，焊接質(zhì)量高。
