SZD Rotor Varnish Trickling Machine (Tunnel type)

適用于電動(dòng)工具、串勵(lì)電機(jī)、家用電器電機(jī)，永磁微電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子的預(yù)烘滴漆烘干，經(jīng)滴漆可以增加機(jī)械強(qiáng)度和絕緣性能。本機(jī)采用三菱PLC可編程控制，進(jìn)口變頻器調(diào)速，氣動(dòng)與機(jī)械相結(jié)合的結(jié)構(gòu)，采用鏈輪旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，使鏈條產(chǎn)生步進(jìn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，定位輸送，邊轉(zhuǎn)邊滾，移位準(zhǔn)確，蠕動(dòng)泵控制滴漆流量，滴漆均勻，三段溫度恒溫控制，生產(chǎn)效率高，操作簡(jiǎn)單方便。
