本機(jī)用于電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子經(jīng)滴漆烘干后鐵芯外圓自動(dòng)車削的專用設(shè)備。采用進(jìn)口PLC程控，三菱變頻無級(jí)調(diào)速，液壓缸壓力調(diào)節(jié)走刀速度，V形塊支撐轉(zhuǎn)子軸，軸承檔有自動(dòng)噴油裝置，百分表顯示進(jìn)刀車削量，皮帶摩擦轉(zhuǎn)子外圓自動(dòng)車削，所有動(dòng)作一次完成，人工上下工件，操作簡(jiǎn)單方便。
