適用于各類電機(jī)換向器高精度自動(dòng)車削的專用設(shè)備。采用進(jìn)口PLC程控，單刀車削，三菱變頻無級調(diào)速，硬質(zhì)合金V形塊支撐轉(zhuǎn)子軸，軸承檔有自動(dòng)噴油裝置，百分表顯示進(jìn)刀車削量，進(jìn)口阻尼氣缸控制走刀速度，車削速度均勻，配置高硬度寶石刀頭，皮帶摩擦轉(zhuǎn)子外圓自動(dòng)車削，所有動(dòng)作一次完成，人工上下工件，操作簡單方便。
