適用于電動(dòng)自行車無刷電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子內(nèi)腔充好磁的稀土磁條的自動(dòng)插入。采用三菱PLC程控，液晶文本修改參數(shù)，本機(jī)有整形、自動(dòng)分片、插磁條、自動(dòng)分度、刮余膠等工序，使插入的磁條分布均勻，可設(shè)定隔片插和聯(lián)排插，機(jī)械與光電開關(guān)聯(lián)鎖，操作方便，安全可靠，生產(chǎn)效率高。

It is suitable for the automatic insertion of rare earth magnetic strips in the rotor cavity of the brushless motor of electric bicycle. It adopts Mitsubishi PLC program control and LCD text modification parameters. The machine has the functions of shaping, auto-slicing, inserting magnetic strip, auto indexing and scrapping glue.
