適用于電動(dòng)車輪鼓電機(jī)線圈預(yù)熱、滾漆，烘干的專用設(shè)備。本機(jī)采用三菱PLC可編程控制，進(jìn)口變頻器調(diào)速，氣動(dòng)與機(jī)械相結(jié)合的結(jié)構(gòu)，采用鏈輪旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，使鏈條產(chǎn)生步進(jìn)運(yùn)動(dòng)，定位輸送，邊轉(zhuǎn)邊滾，移位準(zhǔn)確，多段數(shù)字控溫，定漆液面定時(shí)定次滾漆，操作簡(jiǎn)單，生產(chǎn)效率高。

Suitable for electric wheel drum motor coil preheating, rolling painting, and drying.The machine adopts Mitsubishi PLC,imported frequency changer, pneumatic and mechanical combined structure, sprocket rotation, so the chain makes stepping motion, positioning transportation, rotating while rolling,  accurate shifting, multi-segment digital temperature control, the painting times can be set,  simple operation, high production efficiency.
